When i was a little girl i recieved the partridge family christmas album on a tape along with a cassette player. I loved it and every year it reminded me of the lovely christmas's i'd had! I played that tape for years and eventually the tape wore out. As i live in the United Kingdom it was impossible to buy it here especially before the internet. So i am pleased to say i will be recieving it in a few days time along with 'Motown at Christmas', and i cant wait! The songs are so lovely especially 'A christmas card' and Cassidy's version of 'White Christmas'!(I was fifteen when someone told me the lovely mans voice was David Cassidy no less!) Happy holidays everyone, i will be playing it for my children now!! REGARDING THE BAD RAP POST BELOW- If any album gave me the spirit of christmas then this one did! From being a little girl and still thirty years later it STILL gives me the christmas magic feeling we all need, yet for some never experience. Its truly a part of the christmas that makes it special and certainly brings out the spirit of christmas.
