"Everyday" topped the Billboard Dance/Club charts in early 2002. It is easily one of the best club anthems to come out in the last several years. The song is moving, spiritual, uplifting, and a step above other Kim English material. I would rank this as her best work. THE definitive mix of this track is the HQ2 (Hex Hector/Mac Quayle) Club Mix. Packed with energy, synth build-ups, breakdowns, and putting Kim English's vocals at the forefront, this mix is a club crowd-pleaser. The best part about it though is that it retains the spirituality of the original recording. The memory I have of this song is hearing it played at a club at midnight on New Year's a couple of years ago - it truly made the moment. The HQ2 mix is so popular that it still gets played occasionally today, almost three years after its release. "I've got my health, I've got my strength, I'm in my right mind. I still have breath so I've got hope that love is by my side. And where I go I know I need not look behind me. He keeps me safe and that is something he does everyday."
