it seemed like I didn't know what I was looking for until I found this album sitting on top of a whole bunch of cds. After buying this cd, time after time listening to it, it got better and better. Now I can say this is my favorite hip hop cd to listen to because for that certain time I was going through, I could really relate to the lyrics.. All these troubling times that we all go through have us reaching out in desperation sometimes, Grouch & Eligh allows for that connection with pleasing messages of comfort and faith... a straight up roller coaster ride with 'Emotion'. I remember hearing a lot of bad reviews on this album, but I always backed this album up to the fullest and am glad that it is now getting the appreciation it deserves. Of course, being from Los Angeles, I like that west coast laid back feel and the Grouch & Eligh duo definately hits the spot. You got Grouch with his powerful delivery and then Eligh with his speedy flow like a Batman & Robin. All the tracks are good to listen to and I'm sure it'll stay in your cd player for days straight if you'll just LISTEN.
